Allyson M. Rottman, Ed.D.
Associate Executive Director
Dr. Allyson Rottman is an arts leader, music educator, and arts advocate with over 23 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education (2002) and a Master of Music (2006) from UMass-Amherst, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership (2026) with a focus in Music Education from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. She has served as a clinician for various state and national music conferences and is the recipient of the Massachusetts Music Educators Association’s (MMEA) 2026 Lowell Mason Award. Dr. Rottman is the current Advocacy Chair for MMEA and Editor for the Large Municipalities section of the Massachusetts Music Educators Journal. A proud alumna of the Worcester Youth Symphony Orchestra, she is thrilled to step into her role as the new Associate Executive Director.
