Absence permission form

The commitment of all members and families is needed to maintain high musical standards and quality of musical experience for everyone. Since WYO ensembles attract outstanding students with many commitments, there is an attendance policy to support the standards of our youth orchestras.

Please read the Worcester Youth Orchestra Attendance Policy in your ensemble folders.

Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the General Manager and Artistic Director. Parents will be notified via email within 24 hrs of the request as to whether the absence has been approved or not approved.

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ABSENCE
